Purple Majesty Potatoes

Recently harvested Purple Majesty Potatoes, unwashed for longer storage, grown in Idaho. A small potato that has a delicious buttery flesh and can keep all winter with proper storage! The stunning deep purple color, both inside and out, is high in anthocyanins (an important antioxidant). Perfect for frying, but also try them baked or boiled! 14 lb. sack
