Pink Lady is a wonderful, sweet-tart apple with a crisp bite and effervescent finish! It tends to lean more towards the tart side and is delightfully refreshing! You'll love its beautiful, deep pink-to-red skin which covers a brilliantly white flesh that is slow to brown. Pink Lady is extremely versatile and lends itself wonderfully to baking, snacking, salads, pairing with cheeses, etc., and is especially delicious made into (coral pink-colored!) applesauce!

Each half-bushel box is field run grade (minimally sorted and handled). Please sort your apples daily and refrigerate for best quality!
