Jonathan Apples

Jonathan apples are an heirloom variety known for their bold, tart-yet-sweet flavor and crisp, jucy, fine-textured flesh that is excellent for fresh eating, cooking, baking, and making juice or cider. They also make a delicious coral pink-colored applesauce. Each half-bushel box is field run grade (minimally sorted and handled). Please sort your apples daily and refrigerate for best quality!
