Gingergold Apples

Gingergold is a delightful early-season apple variety, light green in color, with sweet-tart tasting notes, and is slow to turn brown. Excellent for fresh eating, baking, drying, and slicing into salads. Grandpa insists they're the very best variety for applesauce! Use all Gingergold, or experiment with adding in another variety or two to find an applesauce flavor you'll love (mix with our Galas for a wonderful depth of flavor!). Availability is very limited.
