Gala Apples

Gala is now the most popular apple in the United States, featuring a distinct streaked-red coloration. It is the smallest apple variety we grow, and has a mellow, sweet flavor that is refreshingly satisfying and nutritious. As is common in this variety, some have cracks near the stem. Great for applesauce (mix with our Gingergold for a wonderful depth of flavor!), as well as drying and fresh eating... Just right for small hands and school lunches!
