Fuji Apples

We love fuji apples! They are light pink on a yellow to green background, and still have their natural "bloom!" (a protective film produced by the apple that wipes off easily). A wonderfully crisp, sweet, and dense flesh that is reminiscent of honeycrisp in flavor, and their longevity in storage is unbeatable if you keep them refrigerated or in a cold storage!
